We had an issue with the TV. The staff replaced it the day the issue was discovered. The hot tub has been down "since the flood" (possibly months?) and we were told there is no estimated repair timetable for it. The rooms were clean and spacious and we really enjoyed the staff! Please update the website about the hot tub to accurately advertise your available amenities. Thank you
Very clean. Has wonderful lighting options to create perfect ambient light. Pool and Jacuzzi both were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Price was great.
So, we have stayed in several of this chain of hotels, and this one was the only clean one. In fact, I almost felt at home here. I'm usually feeling uncomfortable and not wanting to touch anything and, on occasion, having to clean the room myself but not in this room. There are no issues with it at all. What a difference a clean room makes to your stay! Next time, however, I would try to stay on the top floor. There were sports tournament groups staying there, and they were active, pounding the floor above us all night and early the next morning. Great job to this hotel and staff who obviously care about what impression they make. Thank you, Comfort Inn, of Bentonville Arkansas !
Full breakfast, hot shower, great friendly staff. Most importantly clean!! Very reasonably priced I've spent more for a lot less
Stay was nice. Staff was very friendly. A light bulb in the shower went out the first night. I told front desk staff and while we were gone the day we came back and it was replaced. We never got hot water in the bathroom sink nor warm. I forgot to tell them about it. Overall our stay was still good. We slept well, bed was comfortable.
This is a great place to stay for business it’s close to the important parts of town. It’s on side road, so be vigilant for the turn it’s sooner than you think. That sad gps will take you right to it. Staff is helpful and the place is neatly kept.

This is our go-to bike friendly hotel for Bentonville. Easy access from the highway, but only minutes from downtown and way cheaper than the other hotels. Service is always great and the rooms are very clean with everything a family needs for a short stay. The free breakfast is always a bonus and the kids love the pool.
